We use the term
'eco fashion'
holistically to encompass all fashion products created in an
evironmentally conscious and socially responsible way. We also use 'eco
attributes' to help you identify how each item in our collection is
eco-friendly.

Each item of our collection demonstrates two or more of our 'eco attributes'.
So that you can see at a glance how an item is eco-friendly, we display
the relevant eco attributes alongside the product, and also provide a
key and full explanation.

Domestic deliveries
Eco
Fashionista will use its best efforts to get your order to you within 2
business days. Eco Fashionista uses Australia
Post's Express Post service offering tracking and next day
delivery (for major metropolitan locations). It is helpful to provide your daytime delivery address so
that delivery is more secure. Customers are charged a flat
rate of $10.00 per domestic delivery.

International deliveries
We
are happy to deliver internationally. Purchases will be delivered
using Australia Post's Express Courier International
service and charges and delivery times will depend on your postal
region. Please contact us at info@ecofashionista.com.au
to arrange. Eco Fashionista is not responsible for any additional taxes
charged in your country. Please check your local customs procedures
regarding taxes.

Privacy
Your privacy is
very important to us. Please note that any personal details you provide
to us, such as when you sign up to our mailing list, will remain
with Eco Fashionista and will not be distributed to third parties under
any circumstances. Your personal details will be kept on a confidential
database for Eco Fashionista use only. If you have any privacy
concerns, or you would like to unsubscribe from our mailing list,

Prices
Prices are displayed in Australian currency and are GST-inclusive. Eco
Fashionista reserves the right to change or update these prices at any
time.

Payment
Eco Fashionista accepts all online payments via PayPal. You can
pay with your Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card whether or not
you have a PayPal
account, just select the option on the PayPal payments page which
allows you to continue without logging in. If you have a PayPal
account, you can pay with your PayPal balance
or any card or account linked to your PayPal account. In the usual way,
all card holders will
be subject to authorisation by the card
issuer.
If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment, the purchase will be
declined. Your item will be
posted
once payment has cleared.

Sizing
To help you determine what size you are
across our designers, we have provided a general size chart
below based on standard international XS-XL sizing. For variations from
this chart, please also refer to any sizing notes in the product
descriptions as well as our label-specific chart for Minna, Sublet and
Ciel. If you have any sizing questions, we are only too happy to help.

Returns
Domestic orders can be returned at buyer's expense for an exchange, store credit or refund within 7 days of receipt. SALE items and international orders can be returned at buyers expense for an exchange or store credit only. For a
return, email us at info@ecofashionista.com.au. The return must be notified and returned to us within the required
time, and items
must be in original condition and unworn with all labels and swing tags
still
attached. Shoes must be unworn (other than trying on) and
returned in their packaging. Eco Fashionista has the right to refuse
returns if the
product is not in its original condition or is outiside
of the
time period.
